Configuration Guide
- Add Employee Spotlight to the page where you want staff stories to appear.
- Create spotlight entries including name, role, photo and a short story.
- Choose grid or carousel layout for display.
- Optionally link to full profiles or related content.
- Publish and verify the spotlight feed.
